This was taken in the early nineties, when Bill Moyer came by the Capital Community-Access TV studio in Salem to make a promo for community television. I was the producer and videographer. If I recall correctly, we took him to dinner afterward and Alan Groshong, the CCTV Director took this photo of us together. He was a delightful, unassuming person.
